Please recognize that the VAL summer recreational league rules do differ from US Swimming rules in some areas. We welcome all parents to the VAL Stroke & Turn Clinic at Los Gatos Swim & Racquet Club on May 18th, 8:00am – 10:00am. After training, please volunteer as a Stroke and Turn judge at our meets.
