Since opening in 1959, Los Ranchitos Cabana Club has relied on volunteers to help keep operating costs low. After trying numerous methods to increase participation, the Board voted to implement an annual Refundable Participation Fee beginning in 2017. The Refundable Participation Fee for the upcoming season will be $75, but we would prefer to have a little of your time to support the club instead of your money.

Note: Volunteer work done as part of a swim team parent commitment does not qualify for the Participation Fee Refund.

How do I get my Participation Fee Refunded?

  1. Complete a task or volunteer at a Participation event by signing up HERE. Participation Events can be found on our Event Calendar under the ‘Participation’ category. This list is updated throughout the season so check back occasionally to see if a new task piques your interest.
  2. Report your task to the appropriate board member (noted in the online description/details.) ALL TASKS require signing in or reporting.  FAILURE to report on a task or signing in at an event will flag your participation as INCOMPLETE.
  3. Submit a Participation Fee Refund Request to notify the club of your completion. All requests must be submitted no later than November 1 of the same calendar year.
  4. If you incurred expenses for this task, please complete a Reimbursement Request Form online or from the office.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. The refund will be placed back on your card.
