LRCC is a terrific location for your summer parties!
Full and Swim Team Program members (not available to Swim Lesson Program Members) can reserve our BBQ Pavilion (seats 40) or Covered Patio (seats 20) for your next gathering. Parties must be arranged at least two weeks in advance so LRCC can ensure that lifeguards and facilities will be available.

- Click on the date to browse the calendar dates

Before booking your party, please read and understand the following:
- A party is defined as any gathering in which there are 8 or more non-member guests with the accompanying host.
- A completed reservation through your “Manage Account” portal > “Make a Reservation” is required to book your party.
- Payment is required 2 weeks prior to confirm your date. “Make a Purchase” at your account portal. Deposits will be returned within two weeks of the party date only if a staff member has confirmed the cleanup checklist items were completed satisfactorily.
- Parties are not considered confirmed until lifeguards have been scheduled and the party applicant has been notified by the Party Coordinator.
- Parties are not scheduled during Sharks Swim Team activities or LRCC Socials. Note: we do our best to keep the calendar up to date but not all events may be listed. Just because there is nothing on the calendar does not guarantee that a party can happen.
- An Attendee List must be received by LRCC at least 7 days prior to the date of your party and the member host must attend the party.
- The Attendee List should be left in the white mailbox on Club grounds (just outside LRCC office). LRCC reserves the right to cancel any party where an Attendee List and/or Party Fees are not received at least 7 days in advance. In the event of such cancellation, security/cleaning deposit will be forfeited per cancellation policy below.
- Member Cancellation Policy: Cancellation prior to 14 days before the party date will receive a full refund of the $50 security/cleaning deposit. Cancellations 7-14 days prior to the party date will receive a 50% refund of security/cleaning deposit. Cancellation 0-6 days prior to the party date will forfeit the deposit.
- Fees are subject to change during the season.
- All party attendees are required to complete the LRCC Liability Waiver (1 per attendee) and bring a copy with them. Copies will also be available from the lifeguard. Each attendee under the age of 18 need a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
- Adult chaperones are responsible for the enforcement of LRCC Rules & Regulations. Adult swim will be called by the lifeguards at 45 past the hour for 15 minutes every hour. This is to allow the recommended rest time of 15 minutes for lifeguards each hour. Swimmers who do not listen to the lifeguard about exiting the pool risk a timeout/not being allowed in the pool when open swim begins again.
- The NO GLASS rule applies to parties – with written/financial penalties incurred by the host member if the rule is broken.
- To comply with health codes and to help keep the pool water clear, no food items or non-pool toys are allowed in the pool as part of any game or activity. Use of any food items or non-pool toys will result in the forfeiture of security/cleaning deposit.
